Made with finely ground pigments, Chinese Watercolors are extraordinarily smooth when used both full strength or thinned with water. Unlike most Western or Japanese watercolors, they feature a stronger, almost glue-like binder that enables them to stand up to many painting techniques and allow finished pieces to withstand wet mounting. They easily mix with other inks and are water-soluble, non-toxic and offer superior fade-resistance.
